A subtly heathered tight weave with an attractive dyed yarn over a neutral ground. Monroe is a lightweight upholstery fabric with a soft hand. This fabric is available in 5 running line colors, with additional colorways available upon special request. This commercial upholstery fabric is stain resistant, mildew resistant, UV resistant, water repellent, and bleach cleanable. A great option for any high-trafficked areas or anywhere with direct sun.
