A: LebaTex is a commercial fabric supplier, which means all of our fabrics meet or exceed ACT minimum standards for commercial end use – hospitality, healthcare, corporate, retail, education, marine, aviation, automotive, etc. Our upholstery fabrics are stocked standard with stain resistant technology and a backing, and our draperies are FR treated. We have indoor woven upholsteries, velvets, faux leathers, indoor/outdoor upholsteries, sheers, blackouts and outer drapes. We are also conscious of sustainable practices and offer a number of fabrics that are GREENGUARD, LEED, REACH, and/or NSF 336 certified.

A: LebaTex is a supplier of fabric and does not fabricate any products, for example: pillows or drapes. However, we have supplied our fabrics to plenty of fabricators and would be happy to suggest a partner if you do not have one to work with.
A: LebaTex has been supplying the hotel industry with quality fabrics since 1999, including branded hotels. We are proud to be approved by Choice, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, Radisson, and Wyndham properties.

Purchasing
A: We sell our fabric direct. Contact your LebaTex sales representative, place your order via email to lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com, or go to the Submit a PO page and fill out the form. Our customer service team will contact you with an order acknowledgement and down payment invoice.
A: A customer may apply for credit terms after establishing a history of a minimum of 3 orders. Terms may be granted at the discretion of LebaTex.

A: Yes, we stock yardage of all our running line fabrics and base cloths. Stock varies depending on orders. So contact your LebaTex sales representative, go to the Request a Quote page and fill out the form, or email Request a Quote page and fill out the form, or email lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com and our customer service team will provide you with current stock and lead time if the fabric is out of stock.
A: Most of our fabrics can be put on hold for up to five days if the fabric is in stock. Contact your LebaTex sales representative or email lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com if you would like to place a fabric on hold.
A: Our goods are typically stocked in the United States and ship within the United States. If you would like us to ship to a port for you to export the fabric, we are happy to do that for you. Since we do import fabrics from around the world, we may also have the ability to ship directly from our foreign mill partners to a destination outside of the United States. A: Lead times vary by fabric and current inventory. Fabric in stock typically ships via Ground within 48 hours of payment received, unless expedited shipping is requested. Contact your LebaTex sales representative for information or go to the Request a Quote page and fill out the form to get current stock and lead time.
Sampling
A: Samples can be ordered right through this website. Simply add the product you are interested in to your cart. When you are ready to check out, go to your cart, enter your information and project information, then click proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information and the sample will be shipped free of charge.
A: Sample requests of running line items are typically processed and shipped the same business day if ordered before 5pm EST. For non-running line samples, printed strike-offs, or curated packages, allow 3-5 business days for samples to ship.
If you are having trouble finding a fabric, you can contact your LebaTex sales representative or email lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com for help. The fabric you are looking for might be a non-running line item or discontinued.
A: Running line fabric samples are typically 6”x9” or 8”x8”. However, some larger patterns and printed fabrics may have larger samples to show the full repeat or larger portion of the pattern.

Customs
A: Of course! You can change the base cloth for any of our printed fabrics for just a one-yard minimum. We highly recommend a strike off before placing an order on an alternate base cloth, as the design and color may vary on different base cloths.
A: Yes, we love customs! Our design staff will work with you to create a custom fabric to your specifications. Go to the Custom Projects page and fill out the form, contact your LebaTex sales representative, or email lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com.
A: Yes! For printed fabrics in our M.O.D. Library, we can custom color a pattern for a one-yard minimum. For woven or coated fabrics, minimum order quantities are required and some limitations may apply based on yarn or material availability. You can submit your custom color request to your sales representative or email lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com and our team will be able to assist you.
A: Yes! All of our running line fabrics come standard with a performance technology, including Crypton®, Nanotex®, INCASE®, Alta® or a comparable unbranded finish. However, if you would like a specific stain repellent finish, moisture barrier or IMO treatment, we can add treatments to most of our fabrics. For available treatments on specific fabrics, you can contact your sales representative or email lebatexhelp@lebatexinc.com.
